We are now looking for a Project Manager for 6 months.

Job Description
As a project coordinator, you will coordinate, implement, and develop the project to create a structure for content and sustainability perspectives in the Bachelor's Programme in Industrial Design at the Umeå Institute of Design.

Main tasks:
- Coordinate and collaborate with other participants in the project team
- Identify points in program and course plans that can be translated into feasible pedagogical situations and teaching methods, and determine the type of support structure needed
- Responsible for developing the structure for sustainability perspectives with clear proposals and guidelines for implementation
- Responsible for the development and implementation of workshops
- Conduct presentations of results and discussions on future work/need for further improvements

Qualifications
We require at least a Master's degree from a relevant education in design, and consider an advantage if you also have completed a doctoral-level education. Your experience should include teaching at the university level where you have handled pedagogical and scientific references. Specialist knowledge in sustainability, experience in project management, and experience in moderating workshops are required. You have previously worked strategically with insights and analyses, managed complex structures, and presented material in an accessible format. You have good knowledge of English in both speech and writing. It is advantageous if the same applies to the Swedish language. Good knowledge of the Office suite is also required.

It is important that you have good collaboration skills and can work analytically. We also expect you to be communicative, structured, and self-sufficient. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
