The Life Science bachelor program at Umeå University is based at both the Department of Molecular Biology and the Department of Chemistry. This position will be at the Department of Chemistry, which is one of the largest departments within the Faculty of Science and Technology with approximately 200 employees and a strong and expanding research and teaching. 

Work tasks
The work as an amanuensis means that you are employed by Umeå University and that you work with tasks related to the Life Science program at the Department of Chemistry in the field of quality, communication, cooperation, and outreach activities.

Qualifications
We are looking for a candidate that meet the following criteria:

  • you are registered as an active student at the Life Science program at Umeå University,
  • you have good social skills and a great interest in working to improve and develop the Life Science program. Great emphasis will be placed on personal qualities.
  • you have a good ability to work independently as well as in groups.
