Upon completed recruitment, Umeå universitet will only use the information in order to comply with applicable laws and for no other purpose. Personal information will be saved for 24 months. The purpose with this is to be able to administer the employment application case, and partly because, after the employment decision is made, to be able to demonstrate that we have made a correct decision. Your personal data will be retained for two years after the employment decision has become final, even if you do not get the job. We will not disclose your details to anyone else, unless we are required to do so by law, in addition to the data processor we use as a recruitment service, Varbi. You have the right to contact us if you want to retrieve information about the data we hold about you, to request correction, transfer, or to request that we restrict the processing, in order make reservations or to request the deletion of your information.
